Welcome to Accurate Enroll ("AE"). By accessing or using our services — including the platform, messaging tools, plan uploads, and AI assistant Ava — you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of yourself or your organization.
2. Account Responsibilities
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date account and enrollment information.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not impersonate others or misrepresent information.
- Do not use the platform to commit fraud, spam, or interfere with other users.
- Automated scraping or unauthorized data harvesting is strictly prohibited.
4. Campaign Messaging
By participating in enrollment campaigns, you consent to receive SMS and email communications from AE and your assigned broker. These include reminders, updates, and educational messages. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
5. AI-Assisted Features
Our AI assistant ("Ava") provides general plan information and educational support. Ava does not provide financial, medical, or legal advice. All decisions should be made in consultation with qualified professionals or your employer’s HR team.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to AE if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or disrupt services.
7. Disclaimers
AE is not an insurance carrier or licensed benefits advisor. We provide tools to help compare plans and manage campaigns. All content is provided “as-is” without warranty.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on its tools or content.
9. Modifications
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here. Continued use of AE constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
